The Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) was a new, online reporting system that would replace the outdated ones that business owners had been using for years.

To effectively communicate the transition, I was the liaison between the OPRS team and the Communications team. I was responsible for making sure our materials were on track. I worked with them to create a communications plan, helped create content to be distributed via print and social media, and checked in with teammates to make sure their portion was on track.
